If you want to be on the safe side, you can wash your Motel a Miio ceramic by hand. Do not use strong sponges or cleaning agents for this. Of course you can also wash it in the dishwasher.

You can put your dishes in the microwave without any problems, but not all items are oven-safe. You can find information about this on our website in the care instructions for each item. In principle, we recommend that you do not put anything other than our oven dishes in the oven at temperatures above 100 degrees.

Since our ceramics are made by hand, there may be variations in shape and color from batch to batch. These small irregularities make each piece unique.

All of our glazes are food safe and are subject to strict requirements of the European Food Safety Department. This allows us to ensure that all of our glazes are free of harmful substances and metals such as cadmium and lead.
