You have the option of returning the products within our 30-day return period.


My goods arrived badly damaged or broken, what can I do?

Please use our contact form and send us a photo and the item description. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a suggestion as to how we should proceed in each individual case.

How long can I return products?

You have the option of sending the products back within our return period of 30 days.

Instructions for returns via Return Portal:

  1. Please enter your email address and the delivery note number used to place the order and then select the items you would like to return.
  2. Select one of the return reasons provided.
  3. Select the option of a refund for the respective item. Please note that we do not offer replacement deliveries to Switzerland.
  4. Pack the items well to avoid transport damage. The best way to do this is to use the package and packaging materials that you received from us.
  5. As soon as your return has arrived at our warehouse and has been processed by us, you will receive a confirmation email from us. You will receive a refund for the returned items within 14 working days of receipt of the return using the payment method you originally used for your purchase.

Please note:

To reduce the environmental impact, we charge a small return fee. The refund will be made minus the return fee.
