How long can I return products?
You have the option of returning the products within our 30-day return period.
My goods arrived badly damaged or broken, what can I do?
Please use our contact form and send us a photo and the item description. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a suggestion as to how we should proceed in each individual case.

How long can I return products?
You have the option of sending the products back within our return period of 30 days.

Instructions for returns via Return Portal:
- Please enter your email address and the delivery note number used to place the order and then select the items you would like to return.
- Select one of the return reasons provided.
- Select the option of a refund for the respective item. Please note that we do not offer replacement deliveries to Switzerland.
- Pack the items well to avoid transport damage. The best way to do this is to use the package and packaging materials that you received from us.
- As soon as your return has arrived at our warehouse and has been processed by us, you will receive a confirmation email from us. You will receive a refund for the returned items within 14 working days of receipt of the return using the payment method you originally used for your purchase.
Please note:
To reduce the environmental impact, we charge a small return fee. The refund will be made minus the return fee.
