If you want to be on the safe side, you can wash your Motel a Miio ceramic by hand. Do not use strong sponges or detergents. Of course, you can also wash it in the dishwasher.

You can put your dishes in the microwave without hesitation, but not all items are ovenproof. You can find information on this on our website in the care instructions for each item. As a general rule, we recommend not putting anything except our oven dishes in the oven at more than 100 degrees.

As our ceramics are made by hand, there may be variations in shape and color from batch to batch. These small irregularities make each piece unique.

All our glazes are food-safe and are subject to the strict requirements of the European Food Safety Department. This enables us to ensure that all our glazes are free from harmful substances and metals such as cadmium and lead.
